March has arrived, and with it another half foot of snow expected. I’ve been keeping somewhat busy with editorial photography, accompanying work I write for various magazines, journals and newspapers – but I’m looking ahead to the season of celebrations ahead – the weddings, the parties – you know what I mean.
I’ve been talking to some couples regarding their wedding plans and wedding photography; and several families about their early spring family reunions in the Catskills.
But, since I’m not pushing Personal Brand Photography as hard as some trendster photographers out there, and it’s not the best time of year to photograph real estate or AirBnBs, I’m satisfying my cravings with still life photography.
Today, it’s that old familiar itch, texture.
Above are a few different surfaces to ponder.
